How a Typical Turnover Visit Works

1. Access: tell us how to get in — lockbox code, smart lock, or a spare key held by us between bookings — and we'll confirm it before every visit so there's no last-minute back-and-forth on changeover day.

2. The clean itself: we work the property in a fixed order — strip and remake beds first, then kitchen and bathrooms, then a final dust, vacuum and floor pass through the living areas — so nothing gets missed when the turnaround window is tight.

3. Restock and check: toilet roll, hand soap and any welcome items you supply get topped up, and we do a quick walk-through for obvious guest damage or left-behind items before we leave.
